Privacy Policy for Night Mode app

1. No Data Collection – Cyberfulness (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built the Night Mode app as a Free app. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or technical identifiers from your device. All app settings and filter configurations are stored locally on your device.
2. Permissions Usage – To provide its core functionality, the app requires / recommends the following permissions:
   • System Overlay (Display over other apps): Used to draw the screen filter over other applications to protect your eyes.
   • Accessibility Service: Used as an optional enhancement to draw the filter over the notification shade and system buttons. This service is used strictly for visual overlay purposes and does NOT monitor, record, or interact with your screen content or keystrokes.
   • Post Notifications: Used to show a persistent notification allowing you to toggle the filter quickly.
   • Ignore Battery Optimizations: Used to ensure the app can run reliably in the background. This is specifically required for scheduled filters to trigger accurately and to prevent the Android system from unexpectedly terminating the overlay service to save power.
3. Third-Party Services – The app does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that collect your data.
4. Changes to This Policy – We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
